Since we have very generous return policy for a family-owned business there will be absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS! 

The Item:

  • All tags must still be attached.
  • Make sure there are no make-up or deodorant stains, animal hair or cigarette smoke odor.
  • Item can’t be worn, altered or washed.

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Any item in the sale/clearance section.
  • Any item marked down or discounted greater than 20% off the original price (includes BOGO items)
  • Jewelry and Accessories 

No exceptions or exchanges. Gift Cards can’t be returned or refunded.

If an item is rejected for any of the above reason it will be returned to the sender at their expense.

Items can be returned for store credit only!!

If an item needs to be returned please contact us immediately at blushedpinkboutique@gmail.com

Your item must be received or postmarked* within 7 days from the date you received your package. You will receive an e-gift card once your return has been processed to the email you checked out with.

All returns will be charged a $3.00 restocking fee per item which will be deducted directly from your return credit.

*Postmarked means it has been accepted and scanned in at the post office. Simply creating a label does not count.

Returns Processing:

  • Once we receive your return please allow 2-5 business for it to be processed.
  • All items that chose shipping at checkout must use shipping return option. If items was picked up in the bin, it may be returned to the bin.

Anything Wrong?

  • PLEASE inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt.
  • If you believe you have received something defective please contact us within 3 days of order receipt at blushedpinkboutuque@gmail.com so we can address the issue.
  • If it has been longer than 3 days, tags have been removed or item has been worn or washed it becomes ineligible for replacement.

Order Cancellation or Change:

  • Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are placed.

***If more than $100 of returns are made within a calendar year, a 40% restocking/shipping/handling fee will be deducted from each return moving forward. We do our best to help you decide on the size you need before ordering by providing measurements in the product description of each item. Please reach out to our support team before ordering multiple sizes of one item so we can help you get the best fit.
